After identifying the activities you want to be added to the license and getting their codes, you start identifying the owners and partners who will want to be included in the license. Having selected the country of the owner / partner, the system searches in DED data base and displays the relevant search results.
In the Owners / Partners tab, click Find Person.
In the Search Criteria window, select the country of the person you want to select from the drop-down list, and then click Search.
In the Serial Nr. column, click the serial number of the person you want to add.
From the Role drop-down list, select the role the person you have added, and then click Add.
The related information of the added person appears. Select the Person's Serial check box, and then click Check for Business Rule.
Having identified partners and owners, then you will be directed to the last step in issuing the initial approval which attaching the required documents. To know more about attaching documents, please refer to Attaching the required documents.
